Are you wondering what the big picture is for Tagvillage? Tonight I participated in a webinar given by David Ruebush. You ought to get to one in the next few days. Tagvillage will be absolutely amazing and we have the opportunity to participate in it’s growth, and to profit from it right now.

I took notes during the webinar and am sharing them here. They are totally inadequate and I can’t guarantee their accuracy, but they may help you understand why you should listen in personally.

Recorded Webinar from 9/27/2011 on YouTube

9/28/2011 Webinar

Notes from 7pm CT webinar, Sept 27, 2011:

CEO Dave Ruebush:

Many have been with the site for quite a while. I’m going to
review a lot of the basics.

TV is a community that we are building where people can connect
and share and win prizes in the bazaar. Fundamental thing about
TV is that we are building an income tool for the average person
and we want to impact the world.

Google and FB are 2 of the biggest companies. Google is a search
engine. It is free to use. They give away their primary product
for free. FB is a social network and it doesn’t cost anything to
use it. Both are given away free. Both make money because of
keywords. They have learned how to make money using media. They
are serving content to you, the viewers. As they serve the
content, they also serve advertisements. That’s how they make
money. The ads shown are based on keywords.

We wondered, what would happen if the normal person could own the
keywords. That’s what TV is. People can own the keywords and
when an advertiser places an ad, the person who owns the targeted
KWs will benefit.

TV goes beyond KWs to use Tags.

Our goal: How can we change the world by donating to charities?
If G and FB gave just 10% of their revenue to charities, they
could change the world. That’s what we are here to do. We want
to create a system that generates as much revenue as they do but
we want normal people and charities to benefit.

How can we do that? It has to be more powerful than KW targeting
and advertising.

For G to show you an ad, they have to associate the ad with the
content of the ad and with the content of the targeted page.
When they serve their ads, they want to know what you search for,
the ad, and the content of the page.

We want something more relevant to the person receiving the
advertising. We are using a Tag graph (like a social graph).
This is a method of associating words, thoughts, emotions,
services, entertainment,….

On a KW based ad system, the only thing that can happen is a
“right now” response.

With a tag based system. Say a person is having a really bad
day. On the way home they get a speeding ticket, then there is
a problem at home. They log into FB and post about their day.

With TV TagWire – you’ll post it there. With TV, we will start
associating things. Later a friend comes over and you have Ice
cream and started having a good day. Then you post about it and
TV starts associating what caused you to have a good day. 1)
friend came over, 2) had great dinner, 3) had ice cream. Weeks
later he posts again that he’s having a bad day. TV delivers
email to friends about you having a bad day. He also gets a
coupon for 20% ice cream. A very targeted ad.

Say you have a teenage daughter. You are leaving for home. TV
sends you a message that your daughter’s birthday is coming up,
and her friends are all posting about this new type of jeans they
all want. You now know what to get your daughter.

This is a massive endeavor to program it all. What we are
building will take years and years to complete. We will have to
build a massive database of associations.

We are building 6 platforms to work together. Referral, Tag
Trading, Bazaar, social, Search, Tagvertising.

Referral platform. The basis for how our members and causes
will make money. If you are looking for something to make
income, you need to focus on referrals. Referrals pay
immediately on Activity Points, Bazaar wins, tag trading.

Tag trading: We must build a tag database so we can associate
trends. We aren’t just watching what words are being added. We
could dump in dictionaries and form phrases. We are building a
tag DB and a tag Graph. How the words relate to people’s
emotions, thoughts, trends, products, services, other websites,
news. We need the tags to come in so we form associations.

Bazaar: gives us a new dimension, a new market on TV.

Social, search and Tvertising: we are now focusing on them and
building them.
Social – similar to FB or G+ but also has cause platform built
in. Cause and social platforms will be very powerful.

While we build them – we need members to be building our DB so we
can build associations.

Search engine – will be completely different from Google, Bing….
It will blow people away.

Tagvertising – this is where the long term investment comes to
play. Tag trading is investing for tomorrow. It’s like your
401K. The payoff will become really big when Tvertising comes
into play. Advertisers will be placing ads on millions of web
sites, not just TV – and the tag owners will benefit. This will
be an entire ad platform that will distribute ads across the
internet based on tag graphs.

Members have lost focus. Average member aren’t buying tags and
referring members in the volume we need. We haven’t been staying
in touch with our members to ensure you know what we are doing
and where we are going.

We are building something amazing and revolutionary that will
take years of release and enhancement. If you are building your
tag inventories, you are working for your future.

Tag Guru Contest. We aren’t getting the level of tag volume that we need
to build the associations we need. We want to help our members
achieve their goals and help TV right now.

Tag Guru contest – a referral contest based on tag trading
activity. 5 categories of prizes.
1 category – anyone can earn this by trading tags. 1000 points
and you share in $100K in prizes. 1 point for each tag you buy.
You can use this to generate referrals. Have someone join and
buy 200 ten cent tags. Trade them up with them so they get 1000.

Journeyman – you get 3500 points. Help your referrals and you
get more shares.

Master – 7500 points. Referrals moving up give you more shares.
You help your referrals and you move up.

By trading and helping your referrals move you up.

Top 5 Masters each get $20,000. #1 top Master will get $100,000
= Tag Guru.

Tag Guru gets own landing page and 1 year dedicated referring
system built into TV.

If you refer a person to TV and help them get to Apprentice pool.
Average referral will make you $20. You will make more by
moving them up to Journeyman and Master. This will help you
generate immediate income in addition to whatever you win in the
contest. Get 20 referrals to Apprentice and you earn $400.

We need more people on the site and more tag associations built.
This contest is a roadmap to get us to the launch point for the
social and tagvertising platforms.

Tools on TV:
Generate your referral link.
Refer people to a page, scroll to bottom of the page and click on
Refer to this Page. Link pops up and you copy and paste it.
You can do this for any page that you can see when you aren’t
logged in.

www.tagvillage.com/introduction is a great page to refer people
to.

Q: do we have something coming for a Pay it forward program.
Yes – 2 products, ready to go live. Coming soon.
1) Pay it forward. Beta3.tagvillage.com
Total PIF: This will help you generate more referrals. Get PIF
and share PIF credits buttons will be available.
Share – type in username

If not a member – Share with non-member via email. System
creates a message you can send to people. When they join – they
get the credits.

This might be a way for a member to get inactive referrals
active.

TV will run some specials where we give away free PIF credits.

2) Reporting page for your status in the Contest.
Show you how many point and stars you have and all your
referrals and what rank they have.

3) Bazaar – people who want TV credits instead of the item – we
will make it possible to convert the item into TV credits.

Attorneys haven’t signed off on these yet, so we can’t release
them. Have to get all the terms and conditions wording correct.

This isn’t a fly by night, get rich scam type of website. We are
a long term, forward thinking business. We have to make sure all
the legal stuff is taken care of before we can launch new
capabilities.

www.tagvillage.com/guru-contest-simple summary of the contest
ranks, points, and stars.

Note that points reset when you reach each level.

For those who have well researched tags and 1000′s of them, when
will we start earning on them? Right now it’s only the bazaar
with it’s Product oriented tags. Each platform from now on will
launch with some advertising. Social will have more. Search
will have lots.

Big $$$ will come when tagvertising platform is built and we get
webmasters and others plugging them in to their pages.

Q: how does all this work with the causes. When social platform
comes out – the website will change. It won’t be as cumbersome
as FB – will fit on TagWire tab. Charities will be able to
build their profile in the social network. You will be able to
“like” it and when you click on it, under your my Causes page it
will list your causes. When you gain Activity points, we will
match them to your charities. You can specify the % of your AP
going to each charity. Everything you do will generate AP for
you and to your charities. Charities will get daily profit
sharing based on APs earned.

10% of money made on advertising will go to charities.

Note: Vince is recording this session and plans to post it to FB.
Alisa plans to record a session tomorrow for those who can’t
make it to a live session.

Post a comment and let me know what I missed or misrepresented
in these notes. Or just let me know what you think of TagVillage.
I hope someone finds these notes helpful.

After 2 days, having watched the Tag Auction in action, I have to give it a great big

…….. thumbs down ………

Now we await the Item Auction where realworld products and services will be sold, but
I’m not holding my breathe on that one either. At least there, when you win an Item auction
you WILL get something of much greater value than what you have paid (unless you put
in the vast majority of the bids for it – then you’ll about break even.)

My assessment of the Tag Auction is that it is an all around losing effort and has
been a waste of time for tagvillage programmers. It adds no value to tagvillage.

Who wins in a Tag Auction? Who loses?

Winners
1. Owner’s of overpriced tags who want to get rid of them.

2. Those who win auctions WHEN no one buys the tag back from them WHEN ultimately
advertiser’s pay for using the tag. (Advertiser will be paying for the use of tags in the Item Auction and it
will expand greatly whenl the Search and Social platformsof tagvillage come
online.)

3. Those who play the game for the fun of it and get a thrill from being in an auction
right to the end with a chance to win.

Those who profit slightly
1. Those who win auctions and then haves the tag bought get their normal 15% profit
on the sale – the same profit they would get for purchasing any tag and selling it.
(The tags are repriced as the total amount of the winner’s bids on the tag plus the
amount they paid for the tag at the end of the auction.) Now 15% is a decent profit,
don’t get me wrong, and right now it appears that most won tags are snapped up as
soon as they are placed back on the market. 2

2. tagvillage

Those who lose

1. Everyone else who bids on the tag with the intent to make money and doesn’t win it.
(I have to chuckle at all those who get excited about the Activity Points they win. So
far after two days, from the comments made by bidders they are getting 5 to 25 cents
in return for every 50 cent bid that they have used. That doesn’t sound like a winner to me.
That sounds like losing 50 to 90 % of what you invest.)

Overall Assessment of the tagvillage Top Secret Project. It’s a loser. Tagvillage should
have stuck to its original plan to develop a search module and social module. Instead,
a few months have been wasted on building the Auction module.

Please comment. Let me know what you think. Why am I wrong in my assessment?

=========================================================
Dislaimer: Tagvillage Bazaar is an online entertainment shopping site. It is
similar to other penny auction sites. Personally, I don’t participate in penny
auction sites and I don’t participate in Tagvillage’s bazaar. To me it is a form of
trying to get something of great value for very little. Although it isn’t technically
classified in legal terms as gambling, in my book it is gambling. I’ll continue to
invest my time and effort in tags and the long term rewards of owning high
value tags.
=========================================================

I now have bazaar news. As of July 30th, tagvillage began to fully disclose to all members how the tagvillage Bazaar will work. tagvillage has also put up a great FAQ section that fully explains the Bazaar. To read it, please click the link at the end of this article and don’t forget to ask your questions.

Bazaar basics…

The amazing manner by which goods and services are sold on tagvillage is the known as the TagVillage Bazaar. It is unlike any other marketplace in the world. The Bazaar offers sellers a place to sell their wares to a worldwide community and at the same time offers members globally a place to buy things at a HUGE DISCOUNT!

The Bazaar is an auction. However, unlike traditional auctions the members are not bidding for the item itself, but for the right to pay an incredibly low price for the item. There are two auction environments in the Bazaar: Tag (Keyword) Auctions and Item (Realworld Product) Auctions.

How do Bazaar auctions work?

Members purchase Bazaar Bids by exchanging tagvillage Credits for bids. Each bid costs just 0.50 tagvillage Credits. Bazaar Bids are pre-paid and can be viewed in the My Credit History section of your tagvillage account. Each time you place a bid, a bid will be deducted from your remaining bids. Once a bid is placed in a Tag auction, the auction price of the Tag will go up by 0.01 tagvillage Credits. Once a bid is placed in an Item auction, the auction price of the item will go down by 0.01 tagvillage Credits. If a Tag auction reaches the Target Price, or an item auction reaches 0.10 tagvillage Credits, a timer will begin counting down from 30 seconds to 0. A maximum of 30 seconds is added to the timer every time someone bids, however the number of times the timer can be reset will be limited by a complex calculation performed by the computer. The number of times the timer can be reset will not be published. The countdown timer gives enough time for someone else to make the decision to bid if they’re interested and is similar to the “Going once…Going twice…SOLD!” style of traditional auctions.

If you are the last bidder when the timer reaches zero, you win! You will then pay the ending auction price using tagvillage Credits. Shipping and tax are included in the ending auction price. If you do not win, you lose your bids that have been placed. Tagvillage never wants anyone to walk away empty-handed, so a special Activity Points Pool is divided among the members who participate in an auction but do not win! A Buy it Now feature is also offered on ALL auctions! When you use the Buy it Now feature, the cash value of the bids you’ve placed is subtracted from the Global Value Price of the item, and you only have to pay the difference. It’s just like buying the item at retail price! If a member participating in an auction chooses to use the Buy it Now feature, the bids placed by the other auction participants are returned to them.

Let’s say you spend 30 bids trying to win an item valued at 100 tagvillage Credits and you decide to use the Buy it Now feature. Your 30 bids are worth 15 tagvillage Credits (30 x 0.50 tagvillage Credits), so you will pay 85 more tagvillage Credits. This feature limits the risk in participating as we offer the Buy it Now feature on all of our auctions.

Item (Realworld Product) Auctions
In normal auctions, items start at a low price and the price goes up with each bid. In the tagvillage Bazaar, items start at a very low price and the price goes DOWN with each bid until it reaches 0.10 tagvillage Credits.

Sellers list a product or service in the Bazaar and set an incredibly low price for the item. tagvillage members see the item listed and can bid for the right to pay that price. When a member places a bid, they are listed in the winning position. However, if another member bids, the new bidder will be listed in the winning position. Each time a person bids on the item the price drops by 0.01 tagvillage Credits until it falls all the way to 0.10 tagvillage Credits!

Once the item falls to 0.10 tagvillage Credits, a timer starts to count down from 30 seconds to zero. Members may continue to bid. Each time a member bids during the countdown timer, the timer is reset to 30 seconds. The resets occur up to a secretly calculated number of times. Once the timer counts down to zero, the final winning bidder will have the right to purchase the item for the current listed price.

Tag (Keyword) Auctions
Just like normal auctions, Tags start at 0.00 tagvillage Credits and the price goes up with each bid. However, in the Bazaar you will be able to buy highly valued Tags for WAY LESS than their retail price!

Members have the right to list their high value Tags in the Bazaar. The computer will calculate an incredibly low Target Price for the Tag and start the auction for the Tag at 0.00 tagvillage Credits. Other tagvillage members will see the Tag and can bid for the right to pay the listed price. When a member places a bid, they are listed in the winning position. However, if another member bids, the new bidder will be listed in the winning position. Each time a person bids on the Tag the price increases by 0.01 tagvillage Credits until it reaches the Target Price.

Once the Tag reaches the Target Price, a timer starts to count down from 30 seconds to zero. Members may continue to bid. Each time a member bids during the countdown timer, 0.01 tagvillage Credits is added to the price and the timer is reset to 30 seconds. The resets occur up to a secretly calculated number of times. Once the timer counts down to zero, the final winning bidder will have the right to purchase the Tag for the current listed price.

“bargain” sites like Groupon, Dealchicken, LivingSocial, Woot, & Yipit look like
expensive specialty shops.

That’s my prediction.

TV Bazaar is in final testing stages. Initial information concerning how the Bazaar works has been released. Soon the Bazaar will open.

How with the Bazaar make other bargain sites look expensive?

The target price for every good and service sold in the Bazaar is
0.1 Tagvillage credits (a TV credit is currently worth one dollar, US.)

You heard that right, items sold in the Bazaar will typically cost you
approximately 10 cents US.

So what will be for sale?

DavidRuebush, Tagvillage CEO says: …right now, most of
our retailers sell electronics, furniture, and books or music.
However, we plan to add as many different types of retailers
as possible. The major hurdle is finding retailers that can ship
their product anywhere in the world. Tagvillage is a global
marketplace.

How can it be possible? That’s part of the top secret project
that TV has been developing for the past few months. But
the cloak of secrecy is about to be removed. By this time
next week, I should know the answer to that question.

So, stay tuned for an update soon, revealing the secret.

Dislaimer: Tagvillage Bazaar (originally referred to as the “Top Secret Project” is an online entertainment shopping site.
It is similar to other penny auction sites. Personally, I don’t participate in penny
auction sites and I don’t participate in Tagvillage’s bazaar. To me it is a form of
trying to get something of great value for very little. Although it isn’t technically
classified in legal terms as gambling, in my book it is gambling. I’ll continue to
invest my time and effort in tags and the long term rewards of owning high
value tags.
=========================================================

TagVillage is working diligently toward launching their Top
Secret Project by July 1.

I can’t figure out why anyone would hesitate to join TagVillage.
But the real benefits come to those who are actively trading
tags and referring others.

I now own over 3,800 tags worth over $1700. I know of others
who have invested as little as $5-$10 who have almost 100 tags
that are worth almost $300. And I have 100 referrals. If I can
succeed here, so can you.

Latest Hot News at TagVillage – June 15, 2011
“10,000 CREDIT REFERRAL POOL
We have placed 10,000 Credits into a pool!
Every member who refers someone will
get a share of this pool on July 1, 2011!!!”
NOTE: 1 TagVillage Credit costs about $1.00.
============================================

Last week, Melvin Ushaw won $1,000 and and $1,000 was
given to the Arohanui Hospice in his behalf.

In June the “Top Secret Project” will be revealed. Also there is
a rumor that all active members will receive a bonus when
we top 15,000 members. NOW is the time to act BEFORE this
goes viral.
Top Secret Project Updates from the CEO
The release of Top Secret Project is approaching. We are trying
very hard to complete this release around the 1st of July. However,
we need some help from our members. Top Secret Project is a
revolutionary new marketplace. It will help retailers and other
businesses sell products and services all over the world. Better
still, members of tagvillage will be buying these goods and services
for only $0.10, regardless of their real-world retail value.

In order to get this incredible new market off to a great start, we
have been issued a challenge by a few of the advertisers that plan
to participate in the Top Secret Project. They think we need more
members. So, they have challenged us to get busy referring others
to the site!
******************************************************

Do you understand what that said? We are only a couple of weeks
away from being able to buy valuable products for only $0.10 while
the rest of the world is still paying full retail price! I have no clue
how TagVillage can do that, I can’t wait to find out.

ALSO..if you choose to own tags, every Tag you own can earn you
20% commissions when people search in Tagvillage using your
Tag…hence…the more Tags you own, the more you earn.

Join me today in the Village….. TagVillage

Written by Dave Ruebush, May 20, 2011:

Let me see if I can shed some light on this question.

Lets say Nissan puts out an Advertisement and uses the tags nissan, cars, altima, sale, 0% interest which 5 different people own.

1. OK. So, Nissan places an ad. They say they want this add to target ‘nissan’, ‘cars’, ‘altima’, ‘sales’, ’0% interest’.

2. A member searches for ‘nissan’ in the search engine.

3. The ad appears because it targets ‘nissan’.

4. The owner of the Tag earns commission.

5. Another member searches for ‘new cars with 0% interest’.

6. Ads targeting ‘new cars’ will appear and this ad appears because it targets ’0% interest’.

7. The owner of that Tag earns commission.

8. Another member searches for ‘nissan altima’

9. Ads targeting ‘nissan altima’ will appear and this ad will appear because it targets ‘nissan’ and ‘altima’

11. The owners of each of these Tags will split the commission.

So, you see, there are a few variables. What was targeted by the advertiser? What was actually searched? Do members own the Tags that were targeted? Do members own the tags that were searched?

It is very complex, but it will work. Each search is it’s own specific transaction and we must compare what is searched with what is targeted to show the ad. After we show the ad we compare what is searched and targeted to what Tags are owned. Most times only 1 member will be paid commissions. Some times a few members will split the commissions.

If Nissan places an ad and targets ‘nissan altima’, ‘nissan’, ‘altima’

1. A member searches for ‘new nissan altima’, then owner of Tag ‘nissan altima’ gets paid.
2. A member searches for ‘new nissan’, then owner of Tag ‘nissan’ gets paid, unless there is an owner of Tag ‘new nissan’.
3. A member searches for ‘new altima’, then owner of Tag ‘altima’ gets paid, unless there is an owner of Tag ‘new altima’.

This is why you should get VERY MANY Tags and make sure to buy variations. Don’t just get ‘nissan’ or ‘altima’. Also get ‘new nissan’, ‘new altima’, ‘nissan altima’, etc.

Things are heating up and going crazy in the village…
I won $15 this past week. Someone won $250 and now….

============================================
Latest Hot News at TagVillage – June 5, 2011
“… find the winning Tag and you INSTANTLY WIN $1000 CASH
in your AlertPay or PayPal account! Plus, we will make a $1000
CASH DONATION on your behalf to any Cause you choose!”
============================================

Every active member has been earning a stream of income
and we’re still in Pre-Launch mode… That means the best is
still to come.

In June the “Top Secret Project” will be revealed. Also there is
a rumor that all active members will receive a bonus when
we top 15,000 members. NOW is the time to act BEFORE this goes viral.

*******************************************************
Top Secret Project Updates from the CEO
As all our members know, we have been working on two major
projects simultaneously.

First, we are translating our entire site into over 25 different
languages complete with full native alphabet support.

Second, we are developing the amazing Top Secret Project
which will deliver millions of products and services to
millions of shoppers at the amazing low price of $0.10 each,
regardless of how much the item costs in the ‘real world’.
******************************************************

We are only a few weeks away from being able to buy anything
we want for only $0.10 while the rest of the world is still paying
full retail price! I have no clue how TagVillage can do that, I’m
anxious to find out.

ALSO…In the next few weeks the creators and developers will
integrate the Tagvertising feature…if you choose to own tags,
(BTW, it is a very smart thing to do) every Tag you own can
earn you 20% commissions…hence…the more Tags you own,
the more you earn.

I personally own over 3000 tags. How many do you own?

Join me today in the Village….. TagVillage

It is easy to focus all your energy on only 1 aspect of tagvillage. It is difficult to keep your mind open to the massive project we are building. So, maybe this will help:

1. We are building a Search Engine that will operate like all other search engines. People will use it to search for things on the Web and there will be Tagvertising on it. So, almost any word or combination of words will be great Tags to own for the search engine.

2. We are building a Social Network that will operate like all other social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, etc.). People will use it to communicate and connect with others. There will be Tagvertising on it. So, almost any word or combination of words will be great Tags to own for the social network.

3. We are building a Top Secret Platform that will be a unique and special marketplace for businesses to market and advertise goods and services. People will use it to find amazing deals on goods and services. Businesses will use it to market themselves to our members. There will be Tagvertising on it. So, words or combinations of words that associate with the goods/services listed in the Top Secret Project will be great Tags to own for this segment.

4. We have other plans for amazing sections of the site that will perform other functions for our members and businesses. Each segment of our site will have Tagvertising. So, Tags will have different purposes and different targeting dependent upon the segment of the site you are talking about.

Literally the number of Tags that will be relevant is unlimited.

Straight from the TagVillage Newsroom!

Top Secret Project Interview

Thursday, May 12, 2011 – 12:30 PM

Background – What determines the Price of Anything?
There are two things for certain about the developers here at tagvillage. One, they are definitely some of the most brilliant programmers in the world. Two, they are a little bit unconventional in their thinking. These are the two impressions I had when I left a meeting this morning where I was assigned to interview the mastermind behind the Top Secret Program. My assignment was to get as much information as I could about the Top Secret Program so I could write an article about it for our members. So, I sat down at the table with our lead software architect and asked him point blank, “tell me everything you can about the Top Secret Program.”

“Have you ever wondered why you pay different prices for different things?” he responded. I was a little bit confused. So, I went on to tell him I thought different products have different prices because they have different production costs, advertising costs, and different profit margins. He decided to confuse me even more.

“Why? Who says a BMW is worth more than an iPad?” was his next question. I have to admit, at this time I was trying to decide if I was talking to one of the most brilliant programmers on earth, or a crazy person. But then he went on to make a valid argument, which I will now summarize. What is the true value of a product? Is it the plastic, or glass, or metal that it is built from? Is it the cost of the labor that created it? Is it the value of the brilliance of the engineer or inventor that created it? Or, is it the usefulness for the buyer? After all, one could argue that a person who buys an iPad and uses it to create and invent a brand new thing that changes the world purchased a more valuable item (the iPad) than a person who bought a BMW and parked it in their garage forever without using it.

He went on to describe how a computer could be a more ‘valuable’ purchase than a television. Or, a dog leash could be a more ‘valuable’ purchase than a computer. Basically, he was trying to get me to understand a different concept of the word ‘value’. This concept is that ‘value’ is highly relevant to how the product is used, or the affect the purchase has on the life of the buyer. Looking at prices from this standpoint, one can see why the statement, “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure”, is so true. To one man something may be ‘worthless’ because it provides little ‘value’ to his life. Yet to another man, this same item may be worth a lot of money because it provides a lot of ‘value’ to his life.

As we were getting lost in this profound approach to the value of things, I was happy to hear him say that he didn’t want me to think he was completely crazy. He made sure to confirm that products have different prices because the price is normally set by the seller. The seller calculates the cost to produce and advertise the product. They calculate the cost to ship the product to a store or to the buyer’s house. They calculate a little profit into the price. And finally, they test market the product to calculate the price that is best received by the collective body of buyers. So, yes, products have different prices because there is cost and profit involved. However, the reason we pay the price when we buy a product is because we are trying to purchase the value it will add to our lives.

Suddenly, the conversation changed gears. The next question he asked me was, “why is gasoline so cheap in the USA and always so much higher in other countries? Does it cost less to make it and sell it here? Does it cost more to make it and sell it there? Do other people in other countries value gasoline more?”

I was beginning to wonder who was interviewing who. But his questions were good ones. I started thinking about this. Do people in the USA value gasoline less? After all, they tend to drive more. Surely it cannot cost less to make and sell gasoline in the USA. So, what is the reason? Then, I remembered, in the USA, the government subsidizes gasoline. So, because of our government, prices are held to a lower point than the ‘natural market’ would allow. Actually, in many countries different products are subsidized. So, the market ‘shares’ the cost in order to keep the individual price points lower than they normally would.

Now, it was my turn to interview. “OK. So what does all this have to do with tagvillage and the Top Secret Program?”

What if Every Product were sold for 10 Cents
He smiled at me with a funny look, like he was up to something and asked, “What if we found a way to kind of subsidize everything? What if every product could be sold for the exact same price whether it was a computer, an iPad, a BMW, or a pair of shoes? What do you think the price would be?”

I noticed I was scratching my head and thinking he was crazy again. I told him I thought if every product in the world sold for the same exact price, it would have to be a very high price, which would mess up the entire market. After all, I wouldn’t want to pay the same thing for a pair of shoes as a BMW. But he said I was thinking again from the standpoint of ‘cost’ not ‘price’. Then, he completely shocked me.

“What if everything in the world could be sold for $0.10?”

I have to admit. Now, I was certain I was talking to a lunatic. I was beginning to think I needed to excuse myself from the interview and report to our CEO that we must be overworking our programmers because they are definitely going crazy! However, just then, our CEO walked in and joined in on the conversation. And, to my surprise, he asked if we had gotten to the part where tagvillage is going to sell every product on earth to its members for a fixed price of only $0.10! How could this be? I had to learn more.

How can TagVillage subsidize everything?

What I learned is nothing short of brilliant. Our incredibly talented team has found a way for tagvillage to essentially ‘subsidize’ the entire marketplace throughout the world. In a few short months, members of tagvillage will be buying iPads, computers, bedding, televisions, shoes, art work, baby cribs, and pretty much anything else they can ask for. However, unlike the rest of the world, the members of tagvillage will be paying a whopping $0.10 for any item they purchase! Imagine selling a Tag for around $1.00 and then buying a nice new pool table to reward yourself. Now THAT would be cool.

But hold your horses. I know it is extremely exciting to hear you will be able to buy that brand new 60” Sony Bravia LED TV you always wanted, and only pay $0.10 for it. However, what is more incredible is how they described the reward system for our members. They have also found a way to reward our members for referring others to the site in a much more powerful way.

Let’s take the 60” Sony Bravia LED TV for example. Say this item normally sells for $2000.00 in a retail store. Now, let’s say you referred a friend to tagvillage and they decided they wanted to buy this TV, but they only paid $0.10 for it. How much commission do you think tagvillage would pay you for referring them? I was thinking it makes sense that tagvillage would pay nothing at all. After all, they are selling a $2000 TV for only $0.10 so surely they cannot afford to pay a referral commission. Or, maybe just to be nice, they would pay $0.01 or something like that. But no, instead, they are going to pay you 5% of the RETAIL VALUE of the product!

Your referral buys for 10 cents and you get 5% of the Retail Value?

Yes, you read that correct. If you refer a friend, and they buy a $2000 TV on tagvillage, even though they only pay $0.10 for the item, you would get a referral commission of $100.00! I think they have gone completely insane around here. But they assured me; they have negotiated and developed the most revolutionary market place ever. They promised me; there is a subsidizing system built into this amazing new platform that will allow every product on earth to sell for a whopping $0.10 and yet they will still be able to reward the person who referred the buyer with a 5% commission of the actual retail price.

Right about this time I was itching to make up a sudden illness and get out of work for the day. I was thinking how much I wanted to go home and start advertising my referral link all over the World Wide Web. I could just imagine all sorts of referrals joining tagvillage, buying televisions and computers and books and new shoes for $0.10 and me making hundreds and thousands of dollars in referral commissions. I really didn’t want to spend my morning writing an article; instead, I wanted to spend my morning telling people about this insane, yet incredibly brilliant opportunity!

Just as I was about to pretend to suddenly get sick, they changed the subject to something that really caught my attention. What does all this have to do with Tags? After all, we are a Tag Village.

The Catch? Products will not be available for $0.10 in unlimited quantities.

First, it is obvious we are about to explode into a brand-new, revolutionary market. Tagvillage should become a website flooded with people looking to get the best deal on earth for whatever gadget or gizmo or service they are seeking. However, products will not be available for $0.10 in unlimited quantities. So, while this is an amazing opportunity on a grand scale, it is also an amazing advertising and marketing opportunity for the makers and sellers of these goods and services. Which means, the desire and participation of advertisers is expected to climb sky-high. In essence, owners of great Tags can expect higher advertising revenue from advertisers because there is more ‘in it’ for the advertiser. Tagvillage won’t just be a place to run tile ads or text ads beside search results and social networking pages. It will also be an active, vibrant marketplace like eBay or Amazon.com!

Then, our CEO fed me the juiciest news of the day.

Go here to continue reading the whole article….

The Finale!
This is going to explode tagvillage into an entirely new market. We think tens of thousands of people will be joining in waves to purchase brand new items at $0.10 each. And each one of you will be earning FULL RETAIL COMMISSIONS from their purchases. …. This is going to be a winner! Tagvillage has the details all worked out. The programmers are working around the clock to develop this revolutionary platform. We plan to beta test the market soon and launch it live around the end of May.

Rock on villagers! May you have a rich and rewarding weekend!___________________________________________

Leave a comment. Ask a Question.

But whatever you do, join TagVillage now so you can tell your friends how they can purchase anything in the world for 10 cents - and you’ll get a commission on the Full Retail price!

No I don’t understand how this will work, but I have been working with TagVillage for months and they have my full trust and confidence.

Leading Error Newbie Marketers Make in Affiliate Marketing Online

Affiliate marketing is known as a web-based revenue generator for both beginners as well as professional entrepreneurs equally. It’s not too difficult to get started with, and also it need not cost much, if any money to make it happen. A success in many ways. Nonetheless, it’s not foolproof. A lot of newbie web entrepreneurs start out with visions of heaps of cash, as well as huge dreams merely to quit in discouragement. The issue is not with affiliate marketing online but with the techniques utilized to make use of it. There’s one fatal error a lot of newbies make, they get scattered.

A number of emerging internet marketers get scattered because of frustration, others because they cannot pick a single item to back.

The Problem connected with Frustration

The desperate beginning online marketers manifest in two alternative ways. The first set gets started off thinking that they should start lots of associate promotions to achieve the most exposure. The idea is apparently to create a bunch of diverse promotions and hope just one hits big, or simply a lot of them demonstrate just a little income to produce one huge profit.

Your second group of desperate newbie internet marketers do begin with only one item, and these people work it quite hard for a couple of weeks and hope it is going to explode and produce thousands of dollars a month instantly. It’s possible they have followed the glamorous tips of a number of the teachers ensuring easy and fast riches by using affiliate promotion. Simple truth be told, you can find riches, but it’s work. If it wasn’t work, almost everyone would probably implement it, plus it likely wouldn’t reward well. When they fail to start to see immediate profits in the levels they have imagined, these people get anxious and start hunting for the product or service that will do it for them, and soon they’re working much like the scatter online marketer from the 1st group of anxious marketers.

The Choice Dilemma

The other sort of internet entrepreneur that becomes swept up with the scatter approach to affiliate internet marketing is the one that sees lots of wonderful products which they really have faith in, that they can’t pick. There are a lot of excellent items. A lot of those items possess confirmed affiliate track records. It really is difficult to choose, nevertheless, you need to.

Steering clear of the Scatter

The true secret to staying away from the scatter due to desperation is usually to be reasonable about how swiftly your web earnings will build up. Brick and mortar business take a while to build and so do online ones. The reality is that it really is simpler online, and also expense is nearly zero makes the web business much more stable, but it still needs a great deal of labor and time for it to get it to the place it’s generating a profit. If you are in need of money, consider having a job part time, or maybe preserving your day career if you have one whilst you develop your company online.

Tips on how to Find the Best Product to advertise

For those who plainly are unable to select the ideal product, and seriously feel forced to market each and every good idea around, quit and take a deep breath. First of all, the whole notion of concentrating on one, or at most 2 things to begin with does not mean you’ll never promote another product. It implies that you ought to center all of your energy and time upon each of them independently until they grow before incorporating more.

Determine your niche market 1st. Select an issue you are excited about with regards to your theme. If it’s weight reduction, fitness, baking, offshore fishing or basket weaving, it’s a good idea that you decide on things you are able to identify with to help you advertise the linked product using that identical zeal and also expertise. Of course, you don’t need to like it, but most sales representatives, whether they work on the internet and / or in the real world, will advise you that the most successful sales people believe in the goods they are promoting.
